This paid internship allows you to work on cutting-edge projects, learn from industry experts and build a strong foundation in Front-end and AI-driven solutions. With a hybrid format, you'll gain real-world experience while collaborating with a supportive team and receiving expert guidance. 

Over 9 weeks, you'll engage in online learning, hands-on tasks and mentorship sessions – all designed to enhance your skills and set you on the path to a future career. 

Program details: 

  • Program dates: July 1 – August 29, 2025 (subject to slight changes) 
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) 
  • Format: Paid, hybrid – 3 days in the Vilnius or Kaunas office, 2 days remote

What is required for training:

  • HTML proficiency. Solid understanding of document structure, semantic tags, and content formatting. 
  • Basic CSS knowledge. Familiarity with the box model, layouts and common styling techniques. 
  • Entry-level JavaScript skills. Understanding of data types, control flow, DOM manipulation, objects and asynchronous programming. 
  • Git fundamentals. Experience with version control basics. 
  • English proficiency. At least B2 level to communicate effectively in a professional setting. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with responsive CSS layouts, CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) 
  • Knowledge of JavaScript build tools & package managers 
  • Understanding of design patterns 
  • Familiarity with React fundamentals 
  • Awareness of Cloud technologies 
What will you learn?

During this internship, you'll work in a multidisciplinary team of Python, Java and Front-end experts on a real-world AI-powered project. This experience will enhance your technical knowledge, problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. As part of the team, you'll engage in various development activities, including:

  • Collaborating in a Scrum team environment
  • Building an e-commerce solution from scratch
  • Designing a new application
  • Understanding the code review process
  • Engaging in various learning activities to expand and deepen your knowledge
How to get started?
  1. Register till May 22. After completing the required fields, check your mailbox or notifications tab for confirmation and details. 
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 5 days after registration and reach the B2 level result or higher to proceed. 
  3. Pass the technical test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 5 days after registration to proceed.  
  4. Have an interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you to ask some general questions and guide you further. 
  5. Join an online technical interview. You will communicate one-on-one with EPAM experts and showcase your knowledge.

  • This internship is open exclusively to individuals based in Lithuania, with a hybrid work setup in Vilnius and Kaunas. 
  • Due to limited availability, enrollment will be based on the order of applications and assessment results.
