Take the next step toward becoming a skilled Test Automation Engineer and unlock new opportunities in the tech industry.

Our learning path comprises several stages, offering you a step-by-step approach to gaining in-depth knowledge in this direction. By participating, you will have the opportunity to: 


  1. Learn core software development and testing artifacts. 
  2. Advance your proficiency in Java.
  3. Master modern frameworks for Test Automation.
  4. Enhance AI tools for Test Automation Engineers


Upon program completion, you will gain market-oriented soft & hard skills, which you may apply in the IT industry.

Training process

The program consists of one stage:   

  1. The stage will last 3 months and require approximately 20 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks and pass knowledge-checking tests. Our experienced mentors will facilitate your learning journey, offering regular Q&A sessions and assessing your practical task performance to ensure a comprehensive understanding and application of the skills taught.

How to get started?
  1. Register on this page by 4th of May. You need to fill in all the required fields and upload your CV in English.
  2. Take an English test available in your profile. You must achieve at least B2 (Upper-intermediate) level result to proceed.
  3. Pass a technical assessment in 5 days from registration. You will receive the link and all instructions via the post-registration email.
  4. Conduct a General HR Interview with one of our recruiters. After you pass all the tests to ask some general questions and guide you through the next steps.
  5. Take a technical interview. You will communicate one-on-one with our specialist for about 1.5 hours and showcase your knowledge.
  6. Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share further instructions for your learning journey.

  1. At the time of application, applicant has to live in and be eligible to work (full-time position) in Croatia.
  2. The program start date may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email.
  3. Active participants of ЕРАМ Educational programs and employees of EPAM Systems are not allowed to register for the training. Feel free to contact your Training Coordinator or Resource Manager regarding other opportunities.
